Title KCC to Launch Evaluation of Telecom Carriers' User Protection

KCC (Chairman Lee Kyung-jae) has announced that it will launch "the Evaluation of Telecom Carriers' User Protection" with the aim of creating a competitive environment among telecom carriers regarding telecom service user protection in line with the ever-increasing use of telecom services by consumers and the proportionate increase in their grievances.
